To cancel your Spotify account, go to Spotify.com and sign in. On the left, select Subscription. Then click Change or Cancel. Click Cancel Premium. To confirm, click Yes Cancel. Spotify will confirm that your subscription has been cancelled, as well as the date your premium service access will end.
Fill out the survey at the end if you’d like to let Spotify know the reasons why you chose to end your subscription. Answer each question, then click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
